Leadership

Who you will be working with.

Francisco Leiva

Chief Executive Officer

Francisco Leiva is a retired United States government professional whose career was shaped within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Bureau’s principles — integrity, professionalism and honesty — became the cornerstone of his conduct, and the disciplined operational mindset it gave him continues to define how he works.

With extensive experience across Latin America and a well-established presence in El Salvador, he has cultivated a broad network across the country’s public and private sectors. His reading of the national landscape, from institutional frameworks to commercial corridors, lets him move through it with clarity, discretion and cultural sensitivity, connecting international standards to local realities.

As Chief Executive Officer he brings that federal background and regional expertise to strategic advisory, market-entry support and high-level corporate facilitation, grounded in transparency and long-term partnership.

Testimonials

What the companies we have guided say.

All testimonials
We hired an advisory firm and got an operations team. The difference showed when problems appeared, not while everything was going well. They closed the whole file and handed us a working plant.

Marta Escalante

Director of Operations · Nordwind Components

Germany

They told us at the first meeting that the paperwork would not be the problem, and they were right. The problem was getting three authorities to agree, and that is exactly what they handled.

Hendrik Vogel

Managing Director · Andes Freight Group

Chile

The market assessment they delivered is the same document our committee used to approve the investment. We did not have to rewrite a single section.
